A non-refundable $1000.00 deposit must be made within 10 business days to confirm the tournament. The deposit will be deducted from the final bill and will be forfeited to Edson Golf Club if the tournament is cancelled by the tournament organizer. The organizer has 2 weeks prior to the tournament to cancel and three days in advance to make any necessary changes to tournament numbers. The tournament will be charged for the numbers that are received not the numbers that play.
